Sign Up for a Free Christmas Tree!

MilVet is partnering with community organizations to provide live Christmas trees to families registered for the Holidays for Heroes program this year. If you are interested in a free tree, you can choose from:

·        A fully decorated tree at the Murrieta Tree Lighting (you can choose your tree and pick it up December 8th, 2024 at 1 Town Square Park in Murrieta)

·        Live 5-6’ trees that can be delivered to your home December 6th, December 9th, December 13th, or December 14th (without decorations, sometiime between 8am - 2pm)

Please fill out the form as soon as possible with your preferences. This does not guarantee a tree - you will be notified if you are approved as trees are subject to availability.
